Machining

Delta Controls has several very modern CNC machines to support all our activities in machining. Our know-how and skills in machining are applied in high quality products for example for the petrochemical industry. We offer the machining of products from one single part, to a whole installation or a series of parts. 

Often processed materials

• Stainless steel 304/316 and similar
• Duplex steels
• Wear-resistant materials like Stellite, Colmonoy
• Refractories
• Non-tracking (creep resistant) and fine-grained steels

And all combinations of above mentioned materials. The parts that we machine are mostly used in critical equipment like: Valves, Actuators and Heat exchangers.

Therefore the requirements for our machining jobs are very high, technically as well as concerning quality and safety. We guarantee our customers a non-interrupted and safe production process. Our quality in service is recognised by producers of high quality valves and process equipment and our customers come from all over the world: from the Netherlands to the Far East.
